Stay in a strategic location to discover the best beaches in the Lagos Region. The apartment is located at the entrance of the city, on the border between São Pedro da Aldeia and Cabo Frio, in an originally fishermen's neighborhood, 7 km from the center of Cabo Frio and Praia do Forte, 16 km from Arraial do Cabo and 24 km from Búzios. Coming by car or using UBER (which works very well in our city) you will have quick and practical access to the main beaches of the Lagos Region. Very close to the condominium, with a 5-minute walk, it has a bakery, market, pharmacy and other neighborhood shops. 5km from the condominium is Shopping Park Lagos, the largest in the city.

Comfort and tranquility are fundamental factors to stay in this development.
